Pat replied to my text message immediately, despite it being after 9pm on a Thursday night. He then called me to discuss my needs and we fixed an appointment convenient to us for the next day, this involved Pat rearranging his day to fit us in as we were going away that night. On the day he messaged me to confirm an arrival time and rang my wife to check that the time was good for her. When he arrived, he quickly got down to replacing the gearbox in the lock and made sure that the door was lined up correctly so that the problem would not happen again. Pat was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave us advice on what to do in the future if the door was to drop again. At no point did I feel that he didn't have the time to answer any of our questions, he was very friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in using his services again, or recommending to any of my friends.
