Surprised at how quickly he responded by phone

I contacted Pat a few hours ago by text as was having issues with the lock on my front door. I was surprised at how quickly he responded by phone and again that he was able to come and have a look at the problem within a matter of hours. Pat was extremely informative, explaining in detail what the issue was and how best he could resolve it. He gave clear pricing, changed the lock barrel, adjusted the door and gave the locking system some tlc. I cannot recommend him enough, it’s not often that you get such an overall friendly, reasonably priced and professional service - Thank you my door feels like new!!!
